Pretty satisfied

Defended the Tour of Virginia Best U23 rider jersey today in the last stage, despite a crash.

Really happy right now, and I couldn't be more excited about how great the team was. Alex helped me out so much on this last stage, Bret covered the radio with Ebert helping everywhere else. I really have no idea how to race in a stage race, let alone prepare for a podium presentation! The guys have been amazing, and I can't wait to race with them the rest of the year.

And a quick sponsor plug--the Trek and Bontrager components on our bikes are the best of the best. We didn't have a single flat or malfunction the entire race, unlike every other team. In the crash today, my Bontrager Aelous Carbon deep dish wheels were true as can be.

Tour of Virginia results:

1st--U23 rider classification GC
10th--Stage 5, 106 mile road race, rolling hills
15th--Stage 1, 5 km prolouge TT
18th--Stage 6, 35 mile crit
22nd--Stage 3, decisive 110 mile road race stage in the mountains
24th--Stage 4, Queen Stage, 108 miles, held on to the U23 lead over Adam Switters barely!

That about sums it up. I probably won't have time to update here for a bit, but in the meantime, it's back to school!
