And 5 hours later, some parts are numb (SPAN)

Not gonna lie--5 hours on the rollers is harder than 5 hours outdoors. Both mentally, physically, and based on the condition of my arse right now, groinily.

On the bright side, I learned to start and stop on the rollers without any hand supports, very cool. And Fred and I managed to only crash one time each after drifting off into brain-dead zone. Also very cool.

What else is very cool....oh yeah, freaking outside!
