Dave Hatch is a maniac--breakaway with 25 miles to go in the race, attack until only three are left, then motor in for the podium spot.

Fresh was back in the field sprint for 22nd, Rich and Fred 48th and 50th respectively.
Not bad for a 160 man field and 85 miles of ridiculos crosswinds!
